The Value Package is made up of the following items:

Removal of the Deceased - The dignified transfer of the deceased to our premises in our private ambulance. Collection and laundry/disposal of soiled clothing and bedding. Entry into mortuary register, photographic recording of personal effects.

Arranging the Funeral - Meeting with the relatives of the deceased at home or our premises to make the funeral arrangements and discuss any additional services required. Providing clear and honest information about all aspects of the funeral. To co-ordinate with third parties to ensure all legislation and regulations are complied with. Working with the family to organise the ceremony.

Care of the Deceased - To look after the deceased as if they were a member of our own family. To ensure a minimum of handling but where necessary at least 2 members of staff in attendance. Careful preparation for viewing, dressing in a simple gown or the deceased's own clothes.

Viewing -Exclusive use of the Memory Room (sometimes referred to as the Chapel of Rest) for visitations by appointment. Refreshments and staff will be available when you come.

Attendance at the funeral - A team consisting of the funeral director and at least 4 bearers. Careful handling and tasteful arrangement of all floral tributes.  Traditional shoulder-bearing of the coffin where possible.

Hearse Transport - The conveyance of the deceased in our fully valeted Daimler Hearse. All vehicles are checked by a company director prior to leaving our premises and are driven by fully trained, uniformed chauffeurs.

This fee does not include removal of a headstone if there is one on the grave. Please contact us to request a quote should this be required.

Should you not live in Worcester this fee will be added to the cost of the grave.
